Sandra Bullock Rushes To Help Extra Who Collapses On Movie Set! Proves She’s A Real-Life Hero!

Yet another reason to love Sandra Bullock.

The 50-year-old actress reportedly rushed to the aide of an extra who fainted on Sunday while filming a scene for the movie "Our Brand is Crisis." And Sandra handled the medical emergency like a pro.

According to TMZ, the female extra likely collapsed due to heat stroke since the project was filming in direct sunlight in New Orleans, Louisiana. Bullock allegedly hurried to the woman's side and helped move her to a shady area where the actress waited with her until the ambulance arrived.

The woman who fainted was reportedly wearing a warm coat, which the movie called for, which certainly would be uncomfortable in the humid heat of New Orleans.

Actor Billy Bob Thorton was also on hand for the event, reportedly, but remained hands off when it came to caring for the unwell extra.

After the Sunday event, filming was cancelled on Monday. The cast and crew returned to set on Tuesday.

"Our Brand of Crisis" is a movie based on a documentary by the same name. According to IMDB.com, it focuses on the use of American political campaign strategies in South America.

As for Sandra, her readiness to help someone in need is not only heartwarming but also an example of practicing what you preach.

The Oscar-winner was once quoted as saying, "I'm a true believer in karma. You get what you give whether it's bad or good."

If that's true, the star must have a ton of compassion and love coming her way!
