The Nokia X2 runs on Microsoft’s version of the Android system while the Nokia Lumia 630 is a Windows Phone-powered device. The International Business Times notes that both smartphones are budget friendly and has amazing features, great hardware and software performances.

In terms of processors, the Nokia X2 is powered with a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 Cortex-A7 processor while the Lumia 630 has a superior quad-core ARM Cortex-A7 processor. The Lumia variant has 512MB of RAM while the Nokia X2 has 1GB of RAM.

Build

The Nokia X2 has a 4.3-inch IPS LCD display and a screen resolution of 480 x 800 pixels. The Nokia Lumia 630, on the other hand, has a relatively bigger 4.5-inch IPS LCD display and 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution.

Like most Lumia handsets, the Nokia Lumia 630 is encased in a plastic exterior with bold colors. The smartphone has a highlighter-style shade on the body and its colors continue to the phone’s buttons as well, giving it a neat and refined look, notes Trusted Reviews.

The Nokia X2 has a slightly improved display with the introduction of Nokia’s ClearBlack polarization technology. Anand Tech describes what this technology is all about below:

The thickness and the weight of the Nokia X2 are 0.44 inches and 150 grams respectively, while the Lumia 630 has a thickness of 0.36 inches and weighs 143 grams.

Camera

Both Nokia handsets has a 5MP rear-facing camera. The X2 has a VGA snapper in the front. The Lumia 630 has no front-facing camera. The Nokia X2 has a LED flash which is not present in the 630.

Memory

Storage-wise, the Nokia X2 has 4GB of internal storage with up to 32GB via a MicroSD slot. The Nokia Lumia 630 has a 8GB of internal storage with MicroSD support that can expand it to 128GB.

Battery Life

The Nokia X2 has an 1800mah battery unit and the Nokia Lumia 630 has 1830mAh battery. Both handsets can provide up to 13 hours of talk time.
