Hip-Hop Group Epik High's 'Shoebox' Tops U.S. Billboard's World Albums Chart

Hip-hop group Epik High's new album has topped the U.S. Billboard's World Albums Chart.

On October 31, U.S. Billboard revealed that Epik High's new album, Shoebox, had topped the World Albums Chart.

This album ranks albums from countries other than the U.S. and ranks them by how many albums are sold.

Epik High's new album was an instant hit in Korea and having it also top the Billboard World Albums Chart made it even more memorable for the group. This is their first official album comeback since 2012. They did release a single back in May of this year as well.

This new album talks about more dark and unsaid topics that have made fans excited for this album. Their song, "BORN HATER" was pre-released and received an overwhelming response from fans and viewers.

This song featured a hot lineup of artists including Verbal Jint, Beenzino, Mino and more. This song was a way for Tablo to show that he has brushed off the past with all the haters that had attacked him in the past.

They will have two title tracks for this album including, "Happen Ending" and "Spoiler."

"Happen Ending" features a hip-hop style ballad that also features Rollercoaster's Cho Wan Sun.

"Happen Ending" also topped Melon, Mnet, Olleh Music and many other music sites right after its release.

This new album released online on October 21 and offline on October 22.

Epik High debuted in 2003 and went on a hiatus from 2009-2012 due to the military. In 2012, they returned with their album, 99, under YG Entertainment.
