South Korean Pop-Rock Band FTISLAND's First South America Tour Confirmed For Next January

Band FTISLAND will be holding their first South American tour starting January of 2015.

It was revealed on OBS that FITSLAND would be starting their first South America tour next January.

They have confirmed Chile, Mexico and Brazil for their tour. They also stated that this tour was made possible by all of their South America fans' requests. They are currently preparing many different events for their tour in order to show their best efforts for their fans.

FTISLAND has held many tours all around the world including Japan, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and many other parts of Asia, but have never held a tour in South America. This is their first tour in South America since their debut.

Last December during their online fan sign event with foreign fans, it was revealed that 30% of the fans that attended this event were from Latin America.

Also this past April, Lee Hong Ki's drama, "100 Year Bride," also received much popularity in the U.S., South America and Europe.

On the other hand, FTISLAND is currently on their 2014 FTISLAND AUTUMN TOUR-To The Light, until November 24. They will be traveling to 6 different cities in Japan for this tour.

Lee Hong Ki is also currently filming for the SBS drama, "Modern Farmer."

Their most recent comeback in Korea was with their fifth album, The Mood, last year. They also were in their agency's reality show titled, "Cheongdam-dong 111."

They also held a ZEPP TOUR in Japan last year and traveled to different cities including Tokyo, Osaka and more.

FTISLAND debuted as a 5 member group in 2007 and instantly became a huge hit in both Korea and Japan.
