Group GLAM showed off their impressive flexibility.

GLAM recently filmed a 'sporty girl' photo shoot for the magazine "Men's Health." GLAM, who used poles, dumbbells, and jump ropes, portrayed the healthy and powerful image.

Leader Park Ji Yeon especially showed impressive flexibility with hard movements. One representative at the filming site stated, "GLAM was very free at the filming site, which I really liked. They weren't afraid to be in front of the camera, they were enjoying it."

GLAM's photo shoot can be found in September edition of "Men's Health."
