Girls' Generation's Sunny Wants GOT7's Jackson And KARA's Youngji To Become A Couple On 'Roommate'?

Move aside Bodong, there's a new "couple" on "Roommate!"

In September, South Korean variety series "Roommate" launched its second season with seven new celebrities joining the remaining cast members. Fans enjoy "shipping" cast members on the series and the latest popular pairing involves K-pop rookies Jackson of GOT7 and Youngji of KARA.

"I don't know why, but I feel these two are going to end up together in a few years," commented winne95 on YouTube.

"Really love their interactions," wrote princedaehyunbab on allkpop. "Could be a couple, best friends or even siblings. I think I started to really like the show because of them. Jackson is so honest and Youngji is so cute and lovable. They clicked with each other."

Recently, a meme has gone viral online showing Sunny opening a spot for Jackson to sit next to Youngji, with many fans thinking that maybe the Girls' Generation member want the two to date as well. On November 4, both Jackson and Youngji will reportedly visit Sunny's radio program, "Sunny's FM Date" during the "Star's Reply" segment.

But "JackJi" is not the first pairing to receive attention through "Roommate."

During the first season of the series, fans became enamored with Park Bom of 2NE1 and actor Lee Dong Wook (Bodong) as a pairing.

In episode seven, the first appearances of Bodong posters were spotted during a 2NE1 fan meeting before their concert in Manila, Philippines.

"I was so surprised," said Park Bom in the episode. "Someone was holding something. Bodong was written on it."

During the 2NE1 concert, similar signs were spotted, featuring Park Bom and Lee Dong Wook.

"When the fans chanted 'Bodong, Bodong' during the concert, I was like, 'Oh my. What should I do with this?" asked Park Bom. "Do we have to get married? Do we have to date?'"
