JYJ's Jaejoong Congratulates Ex-Labelmates Super Junior On Ninth Anniversary
JYJ member and former TVXQ member Kim Jaejoong recently congratulated Super Junior on their ninth anniversary since debut.
November 6, 2014 is the ninth anniversary since Super Junior debuted as Super Junior '05, and fans all over the world are congratulating SM Entertainment's large boy band. JYJ's Jaejoong's congratulatory Tweet in particular gained a lot of attention, since it is one of the rare occasions that one of the three members of JYJ publicly said anything directed at one of SM Entertainment's acts. JYJ's members left SM Entertainment's TVXQ in 2009. TVXQ continued on with two members.
On the day of the anniversary, Jaejoong posted "#superjunior 9 years congratulation~" on his official Twitter account, along with a picture of Super Junior with thirteen members.

Super Junior debuted in 2005 as the twelve-member group Super Junior '05, and members were meant to graduate out with new ones coming in. However, the group's members were so well received, a thirteenth member, Choi Kyuhyun, was added and the graduation system dropped. The year system was also dropped.
Two members, Kim Kibum and Han Geng, have left the group- Kim Kibum has been inactive since deciding to pursue an acting career, while Han Geng filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment.
JYJ also filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment, and has since had little public contact with its former company or idol groups still under the label.
Jaejoong's Tweet was retweeted over 18,000 times in less than ten hours, as fans commented with excitement about seeing the interaction between Jaejoong and Super Junior.
Fans also appreciated the fact that Jaejoong used a picture with the thirteen members of Super Junior's main line-up (not including the two members of Super Junior-M, the Mandarin subunit.)
Kim Jaejoong's latest project is unknown, but during 2014 the artist appeared in the drama Triangle, promoted with JYJ, and released a solo album and held a solo Asia concert tour.
