This song was FIN.K.L's debut song in 1998. It will be a song in the project album, The S that is dedicated for the 20 years of girl groups. The song will show their sweet voices.

It will contain the cuteness of young girls, but they'll upgrade it with the acoustic guitar and a changed and dynamic rap.

PR agency Rune communication stated, "The song 'Blue Rain' has received love from the first generation of girl groups, and it is still popular. It has as much popularity as to take 1st place for 'the song that I wish to be remade.'"
