When photographers recently caught a glimpse of Tatum during the filming of "Magic Mike XXL," Bobbie Whiteman of the Daily Mail reported, "The bulked up actor looked in the best shape of his life and clearly won't disappoint fans when he take his clothes off for Magic Mike XXL. Channing will reprise his role as Michael 'Magic Mike' Lane In the sequel that continues the story of a troupe of male erotic dancers. The actor got a job as a stripper in Tampa, Florida, when he was 18 and he used the life experience as fodder for the original 2012 film, a critically acclaimed inside look at the world of male strippers. Starring Matthew McConaughey as the owner of a club that features a male exotic dance troupe, the movie was made for just $7 million. The somewhat serious drama went on to be a surprise hit, making just over $167 million worldwide." And it's without doubt that Channing Tatum's roll in the film was a central part of its success!

But, as Vanity Fair recently explained, Channing Tatum's status as an actor in constantly evolving.
