Famed Amy Winehouse producer Mark Ronson has officially unveiled his next big hit, "Uptown Funk," alongside Bruno Mars! The single, from his upcoming album "Uptown Special" which drops January 26 2015, has all the makings of a soulful, sultry, and funktastic collaboration between the old soul hitmakers. Check out a the single premiere via YouTube, and get ready for a groovy performance on the upcoming Cameron Diaz hosted SNL episode on November 22 featuring a "very special guest!"

This will be the fourth collaboration between Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson. According to Rolling Stone, "Ronson, along with Bhasker and the Smeezingtons production team, worked on three tracks for Mars' 2012 album, Unorthodox Jukebox: 'Moonshine,' 'Gorilla' and the Grammy-nominated, Billboard Hot 100-topping 'Locked Out of Heaven.'" Check out their previous collaborations below:

According to Billboard, "Ronson accrued some serious frequent flyer miles trying to pin Mars down for Uptown Special. Mars wound up playing drums throughout the album, and he co-wrote the kinetic single. "It was six or seven months of chasing Bruno around on tour," says the soft-spoken Ronson, who co-produced "Locked Out of Heaven" and other tracks on Mars' 2012 hit Unorthodox Jukebox. Ronson and Uptown Special co-producer Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West, fun.) would set up shop whenever and wherever they found time with Mars, eventually recording in L.A., London, Memphis, and NYC...On Nov. 22, Ronson and Mars will head over to Rockefeller Center to perform on Saturday Night Live [SNL] together. "Uptown Funk" stems from a lick that Mars and his band were playing on tour. It turned into a full-on combustible groove workout with elastic bass and indomitable spirit. "When we hit on that opening line -- 'This shit, that ice cold/ Michelle Pfeiffer, that white gold' -- we knew that we had the seed of this really exciting idea, I pushed myself much more than I have on anything else in the past," Ronson tells Billboard."

The funky single, to be released on 11 January, is already drawing comparisons to a Michael Jackson hit. Music.Mic explains, "Mars doesn't have a Thriller or a Bad under his belt, but he can still approach the infectiousness of a Jackson beat. "Uptown Funk" swings with all the bright, uptempo funk that made Jackson's biggest hits such irresistible tracks. Ronson's mastery of the neo-soul sound - which helped break artists like Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen and Adele - provides the perfect soundscape for Mars to swagger and shine. This is yet another sign that soul is coming back in a big way, and Ronson and Mars are two of the most instrumental parts in that process. "Uptown Funk" is set to appear on Ronson's upcoming album, which currently does not yet have a title or release date. But with the singles starting to roll out, it's clear that the soul revolution won't be ending anytime soon."

That sound is likely to produce yet another number 1 for the two, as well as for the rest of Ronson's soon to be released record which also features Tame Impala's Kevin Parker, Simian Mobile Disco's James Ford, Miike Snow's Andrew Wyatt, Hudson Mohawke, DJ Zinc, Chance The Rapper, Vic Mensa, and Mystikal
