Yang Hyun Suk, "Psy is Amazing! I am Really Thankful"

YG Entertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk expressed his gratitude towards 'world star' Psy.

Today with an interview with OSEN, Yang Hyun Suk commented, "Psy has played a huge role in spreading the word of YG. I've always liked him as a junior artist and I am thankful that he decided to come to YG. I am also happy at the success that has come after he joined our company."

Yang Hyun Suk has known Psy for quite awhile and have been close like brothers. After Psy had closed down his own business, he chose to contract with YG. 

Psy has also talked about Yang Hyun Suk on TV shows. He explained that before the 'Gangnam Style' sensation began, Yang Hyun Suk would pick up his phone calls with "What? What?" and now he picks up with "Hello CNN brother~."

When asked about Psy's album, Yang Hyun Suk replied, "This new album Psy has produced it himself as well as the concept for the music video. I had fun watching him create this album. The only advice I gave him for this album was to 'go back to your roots' and I think that was enough for him to come this far."

Yang Hyun Suk also expressed his gratitude towards Big Bang and 2NE1.
