Solo Singer Se7en To Be Discharged From The Army On December 28th

Choi Dong-wook, known in the K-Pop industry by his stage name Se7en, will be discharged from the Korean Army next month.

Originally, Se7en was scheduled to be released on December 18th, however, because he was sentenced to ten days in army prison after disobeying military regulations, by leaving base while on duty, his release date was pushed back. Se7en will now be released on December 28th.

The solo singer entered the Korean army in March 2013 and was assigned to the 306 Reserve Battalion in Uijeongbu in South Korea's Gyeonggi Province. Se7en is currently stationed at Pocheon’s 8th Infantry Division.

Before Se7en entered the military, his contract with YG Entertainment expired. His name is still listed on the artist roster for the company, making fans wonder what will be the next step in the singer's career. No plans have yet been announced for his release from the military and transition back to civilian life.

Se7en is known globally for his hit singles such as "Digital Bounce," "I'm Going Crazy," and "When I Can't Sing."
