‘The Perfectionists’ TV Show Confirmed To Be In The Works! ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Producer Marlene King To Bring Another Sara Shepard Series Into Life

While some fans were disappointed that the "Pretty Little Liars" spinoff "Ravenswood" did not last long, another Sara Shepard book series would be adapted for the television screen. According to Deadline, "Pretty Little Liars" producer and showrunner Marlene King has been asked to team up with producers Les Morgenstein and Cheryl Dolins for "The Perfectionists" TV show adaptation.

The story follows the lives of five young women who decide to plot the murder of a man who ruined their lives. The man was indeed killed using the plans that they have crafted. However, the perplexing part is that the girls are not the ones who murdered the victim.

"The Perfectionists" TV show release date will not be taking place soon because the creative team is still searching for writers. Fans are speculating if the new series will be a "Pretty Little Liars 2.0."

Meanwhile, those eager for more information about "The Perfectionists" TV show can hold on to the story's plot as per Goodreads:

"In Beacon Heights, Washington, five girls-Ava, Caitlin, Mackenzie, Julie, and Parker-know that you don't have to be good to be perfect. At first the girls think they have nothing in common, until they realize that they all hate Nolan Hotchkiss, who's done terrible things to each of them. They come up with the perfect way to kill him-a hypothetical murder, of course. It's just a joke...until Nolan turns up dead, in exactly the way they planned. Only, they didn't do it. And unless they find the real killer, their perfect lives will come crashing down around them."
