Furthermore, his female fans go crazy over his buff physique, which he's not shy about showing off in Instagram pictures, magazine photo shoots, and on TV! Did we mention he's dating gorgeous Olivia Culpo, Miss Universe 2012?

So how does one reach Nick Jonas level shape? Those muscles don't just appear over night!

Here's a special guide as to how you can get yourself a Nick Jonas quality body:

-       Up your calorie intake. "Diet had a lot to do with it. I went from consuming about 3,000 calories a day to 4,200!" explained Jonas to Details magazine.

-       Follow a low-carb, high-protein Paleo-style diet. "[I eat] a lot of lean protein, and I've cut out most carbs," Jonas told Men's Fitness.

-       Breakfast: Omelet with veggies and cashew cheese, a turkey-meat patty, and fruit. " Paleta, a food-delivery service, sent me three meals a day and snacks. It was an incredible way to know that I was getting what I need to build muscle and not have to think about it," recommended Nick.

-       Lunch & Dinner: Lean protein + veggies + nuts = The Jonas Hulk Diet. ""I got pretty Hulk-ish. Now that I'm on tour for my album, I've leaned out about 10 pounds from what I'd gained," noted the "Teacher" singer.

-       Snacks? Grab some snap peas with peanut sauce!

-       Workout: Start with a stream, do some cardio, weight training, and top it off with a good hot yoga session. Jonas concentrated on strength-training, MMA workouts and circuit-training as he bulked up for his "Kingdom" roll. "I've been working on stretching and lengthening my muscles with hot yoga-my girlfriend introduced me to Modo Yoga on La Brea-and I'm trying to incorporate more cardio," described the "Kingdom" actor.

-       Don't get lazy and skip the gym, it's a means to an end. Even Jonas himself doesn't exactly look forward to his workouts, explaining "I hate going to the gym. I think everybody hates cardio to some degree. I'm not the kind of person who wakes up in the morning and can't wait to work out. I kind of dread it, actually. I see it as a necessary evil."

-       Surround yourself with fitness-oriented people. "Jonas' girlfriend, Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, is also a fitness fanatic," writes the Examiner.
