Solange Knowles had a pretty impressive wedding on Sunday.

The 28-year-old tied the knot to longtime love Alan Ferguson in New Orleans surrounded by family and friends. Solange took to Instagram to share her joy after the nuptials and revealed that she refused to let an unexpected case of hives ruin her big day.

"Shout out to Benadryl yo, lol. NOTHING was gonna stop me from having my mother and son dance with Julez," wrote the new bride on Instagram.

Solange's post accompanied a video of her dancing with her 10-year-old son Julez at the reception. In the adorable vid, the mother and son pair perform a choreographed routine to "No Flex Zone" by Rae Sremmurd.

"My baby killed it and will forever remain my favorite dance partner of all time," added Solange on Instagram. "My heart will forever smile reliving the feeling our lil happy feet together."

Solange also posted a sweet photo of her embracing her new husband, music video director Alan Ferguson.

"Yesterday, I had the best day of my life and ended it with an abundance of peace, love over flowing through me like never before," she captioned the pic. "Words only understate the feelings I experienced, but I want to thank you for all of your beautiful sentiments. I'm now one, with the one."

The beautiful ceremony was a picture perfect event. The happy couple rode bicycles through the streets of New Orleans to the church where they said "I do."

Guests, including Solange's sister Beyoncé, brother-in-law Jay Z, and niece Blue Ivy, all wore white to the special occasion. At the end of the night, the collection of family and friends gathered around Solange and Alan with dazzling sparklers.
