Bill Hader and his wife Maggie Carey are now a party of 5!

The SNL alum and his writer/director wife welcomed their third daughter on Monday, Nov. 15. The baby girl, who the couple named Hayley, joins big sisters Hannah Kathryn, 5, and Harper, 2.

The Hader family was clearly sticking with an established tradition when naming their new arrival with a moniker that starts with an "H."

According to E! News, little Hayley was born in Los Angeles. The Hader family reportedly moved back to the L.A. area after the SNL star ended his successful 8-year run on the NBC sketch comedy show in 2013.

Hader recently spoke about juggling his family life and career during an interview on TBS's "Conan."  

"It's hard, it's great, it's beautiful. I don't sleep," said Hader, who recently starred in "The Skeleton Twins" with fellow SNL alum Kristen Wiig.

Referring to his two daughters, before Hayley was born, the star explained that his girls don't quite grasp the concept of his job as an actor, despite loving the film "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," in which he voices the main character.

"They're very young," Hader told host Conan O'Brien. "We'll be watching and she's really into the movie and stuff, and I'll go, you know, that's daddy and she kind of looks at me and she's like, that's a cartoon."

Hopefully, Hader was calmer in the delivery room than he was when his first daughter was born.

The star told PEOPLE just after welcoming his oldest child Hannah, "I was drunk, knocking stuff over, 'We gotta do the picket fence!' And they're like, 'What are you talking about? We're having a baby!' Then they threw me out, 'Get him out of here!'"

Sounds like Hader definitely had new dad syndrome. He's probably a pro by now.
