Psy's "Gangnam Style" is being parodied with Hollywood movies.

Recently on an online community, a scene from "The Matrix" was mixed with Psy's "Gangnam Style," sending many people laughing. Titled 'Psy vs NEO,' the deleted scene from "The Matrix" was about Neo and Trinity who were waiting for an elevator in a building and the elevator opens to Psy and No Hong Chul.

The parody does not stop there, that particular scene is being used with other Hollywood movies.

Stanley Kubrick's "The Shining" was also parodied. The movie is about a family who is being haunted by the father, who goes crazy, in an asylum turned house. His wife Wendy is wandering the premises trying to avoid him and in an elevator, she finds Psy and No Hong Chul doing the dance and screams.

Then other Hollywood movies like "SAW" and "Jurassic Park" have also been added to the parody line, as well as "Die Hard" and "Dark Water." These parodies have all been uploaded to YouTube and are getting a steady stream of hits by internet users.

But what's special about these is that they are not being produced by Koreans but rather Americans. It's obvious that Psy's popularity is noticeably growing in the States, being invited to the MTV VMAs and making the front page of Billboard.com.
