Unbound Hoopa Shown In Pokemon Amie For Omega Ruby And Alpha Sapphire: Prison Bottle Confirmed To Be Key Item For Confined Hoopa Transformation

As fans dive into Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, the still unannounced Hoopa has been discovered through hacking, with more information revealed.

Last year, Hoopa was discovered in the coding of Pokemon X and Y, but it is also present in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. What fans have discovered so far is that the original form of Hoopa is allegedly called Confined Hoopa, and through the use of the Key Item Prison Bottle, it changes form to Unbound Hoopa, seen above.

Recently, pictures of Unbound Hoopa has been popping up all over the Internet, including close-ups of the Pokemon through Pokemon Amie.

"I don't even want to know what that thing in between his legs is," said TheOmegaMonster6893 on PokeJungle.

Although Nintendo has been claiming copyright violations on all the videos of Unbound Hoopa in gameplay, fans know that it can perform Hyperspace Fury. Given that it is tradeable (although the option has now been taken away) between Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire as well as X and Y, fans theorize that a great storyline will take place regarding the Pokemon between the two series.

After some digging, Pokemon X and Y sleuths have discovered an event which can be triggered if the player has a Hoopa in his or her party.

According to a series of images from Gameranx, the player can begin a conversation with an NPC who is a researcher of supernatural events over the past 100 years. It appears that Hoopa is connected to many of these recorded events. The NPC reveals that Hoopa draws power from its three rings, giving it the ability to move objects around. The rings can expand to cover miles in radius, and can allow Hoopa to move whole islands if it pleases!

Allegedly, Hoopa has a lair out in the desert with treasures it has taken from kings and barons. An organization has also tried to use Hoopa for their own needs, only to have the plan backfire.

"The lore, the design, the potential," wrote smallface_gray on GameFAQs. "It's scary and cool. I hope they do a lot story-wise with this beast."
