GTX 980 Ti New GPU Specs Leaked Online; Nvidia Flagship Videocard Will Outpower GTX 980 And GTX Titan Black; GTX 980 Ti Release Date Rumored to Be February 2015

GTX 980 Ti Release Date is February 2015, according to the latest rumors. Although there have also been unconfirmed rumors that GTX 980 Ti will be launched in December 2014. 

There has been no official confirmation from Nvidia about their upcoming GPUs, But gamers are expecting a Geforce GTX 980 Ti or GTX 990 model in the coming months.

Retailer TechnoLandia speculated that the GTX 980 Ti will come with a 8GB variant as well as a 6GB version.

On Sept. 16, The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 and the Maxwell architecture were released for $549.

There is a big buzz on NVIDIA's new Maxwell architecture and its current flagship the GeForce GTX 980 and their overclocked 2-Way SLI performance.

 Speculation is that NVIDIA's GM200 will feature a die size of 551mm, 20-22 SMMs, 2560-2816 CUDA cores, a 384-bit memory bus.

Czech website PCTuning.com reported GTX 980 specs amid rumors that the final specs of Nvidia's top of the range hardware were leaked. The full GM200 GPU was finalized and sent to customers gamers to test.

GameDebate.com's John Sutton reported that the GTX 980 Ti specs were leaked. Sutton claimed that the GTX 980 Ti will be at least 50% percent faster than one of today's fastest single GPU cards on the market .

Sutton said "Initial specs (of the GTX 980 Ti) put this monstrous Maxwell-powered graphics card at roughly 50% more powerful than the GTX Titan Black. That's some serious power under the hood, but where does it all come from? Firstly, the GM200 GPU will be on a 551mm2 die, with an estimated 20-22 Streaming Multiprocessors Maxwell (SMM) giving a total of between 2560 and 2816 CUDA cores. This will all be on a 384-bit memory bus, up from the 256-bit bus seen on the GeForce GTX 980 and the GeForce GTX 970."
