T-ARA Trade In Their Sexy Image For Track Suits In The Video For Chopsticks Brothers' C-Pop Hit 'Little Apple'

T-ARA ditch the concept they embraced for “Sugar Free” to don yellow tracksuits in the video for their cover of the Chopsticks Brother’s viral C-Pop hit “Little Apple.”

“Little Apple” is an infectious pop song which gained viral status in China leading the Chopsticks Brothers to win International Song at the American Music Awards. The Chopsticks Brothers also performed during the American Music Awards; the collaboration video with T-ARA was released in conjunction with this performance.

T-ARA, a group that has repeatedly presented a sexy image, are clad in yellow tracksuits, glasses, and pigtails throughout portions of the video. The Chopsticks Brothers open the video as tourists arriving in Korea, with the duo attempting to escape from a woman who is shouting “oppa!”

T-ARA sings the majority of the song in Korean but two stanzas within the song are recited in Mandarin. The video concludes with the members of T-ARA unveiling a sexier image for the Chopsticks Brothers.

With videos like the cinematic 2012 release “Lovey Dovey,” T-ARA has separated themselves from other K-Pop girl groups. “Little Apple” is their latest example of incorporating a fun concept into their musical presentation.
