Idol group BEAST will hold a showcase on September 19 for the celebration of the release of a DVD for "BodyART," for which they are the promotional model.

"bodyART" is a type of physical exercise that combines Yoga, Pilates, stretching and other types of exercises to create one encompassing form of a workout. Quiet but also intensely working your muscles, it's a fitness program for everyone.

At this DVD release event, all 6 members of BEAST will be attending with Robert Steinbach, who is a world famous choreographer and former member of Germany national gymnast and Alexa Lee. 

At this event, they will also release the behind-the-scenes video which was kept very much under the radar and will include interviews with BEAST members about their experience and how the BEAST members benefited from this exercise.

Robert and Alexa created a special choreography to portray BEAST as the fit and athletic group that they are, along with the vein of BEAST's previous songs like "Shock," "Fiction," "Beautiful" and "Breath."

"BEAST bodyART" will show the members exercising and resting, their general daily routines. It will be released in Japan first, later this month, and will hit Korea in October.
