Say it ain't so!

Just a few weeks after confirming her relationship with Austin Mahone, Fifth Harmony's Camila Cabello broke the news to fans that she and the pop star had split.

"We're actually not together anymore," Cabello told KISS 96.1 radio in an interview on Monday, Nov. 24. "Hey, things happen."

17-year-old Cabello did not provide any details regarding the cause of the break up but she did reveal that the split happened "recently" before joking that she needs "some mistletoe action."

Mahone has yet to comment on the break up news but the 18-year-old "Mmm Yeah" heartthrob recently dished on Cabello in the new December issue of Teen Vogue.

"She's an amazing girl, and we have the best time together," said Mahone. 

"I wasn't looking for a relationship," confessed Mahone in the article, "but we became really good friends when we were on tour."

The pair met while Cabello's group Fifth Harmony was competing on "X Factor: US." Austin made an appearance on the singing competition and later asked the group to join his tour.

The teen couple's split must have been really recent.

Cabello dished on Mahone's cutest habits to Hollywood Life on Nov. 17.

When asked what she considered her boyfriend's most adorable trait, Cabello answered, "I think just the way that he treats me and the way that he treats people."

"He's just a really, really good guy and he treats me really, really well," added Camila. "And he just makes me feel nice."

So sad to see another young couple bite the dust.
