SM Entertainment Vs. JYJ, Exclusive Contract Adjustment...Prolonged Again?

Idol group JYJ and SM Entertainment have met up again to work on their contract agreement.

JYJ and SM met today at the Seoul Central District Court to continue their case. This case was supposed to be complete last month but was asked for more time.

In order to come to an agreement, both sides met with their lawyers and held a discussion for one hour. However, both sides did not come up with a conclusion.

JYJ's attorney stated that there were no results. Each side had only expressed their opinions and their positions. Their opinions have not changed.

Their case has been extended once again. They needed more time to consult and come to a consensus. They have been extending this case since 2009.

This case has been confirmed null for the contracts and has ensured JYJ's independent and entertainment activities.
