SM Entertainment's rookie group EXO-M has received the "most popular group" award at an awards show in China.

On September 17 at the '5th Music Pungunbang Rookie Celebration' concert, group EXO-M received the "most popular group" award.

After receiving the award, the group commented, "We are so thankful and happy. We first debuted on this stage and we are blessed to be receiving this award on the same stage. We will always perform our best and always be thankful to everyone who supports us."

This 'Pungunbang rookie celebration' concert is held every year with around 10 awards to present for rookie artists.

EXO-K appeared at the ceremony to support EXO-M.
