Photos published on MailOnline showed Miley Cyrus rubbing off on boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger as he picked up her habit of sticking her tongue out when photographed. Earlier, the "Wrecking Ball" singer admitted that she's shy about facing the cameras and sticking her tongue out was a coping mechanism.

"They may have only just started dating but, clearly, Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger cannot get enough of each other," it said. After first kissing their way through a football game, then celebrating the pop star's birthday, the two were once again getting up close and personal on Monday night."

The birthday bash wouldn't have been a Miley Cyrus party if it didn't feature a giant penis. And that's just what the organizer Jeff Beacher did, outfitting a mechanical bull to look like a genitalia.

"Miley and other guests took turns riding on it. There was also a photo booth where you got on a bed. And there were lots of psychedelic decorations and black light," a source told the magazine.

As for Miley Cyrus' boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger, he "brought a bunch of his guy friends who were tripping out on this party, they have never seen anything like it!"
