Amanda Knox Murder Case UPDATE: Translation Outs 'Foxy Knoxy?' Conviction Of Rafaelle Sollecito's Ex Backed By Overwhelming Evidence?

The English transcript in the Amanda Knox murder case has been released and it allegedly proved the guilt of the student tagged as "Foxy Knoxy" and her former boyfriend Rafaelle Sollecito on the death of Meredith Kercher.

According to Selene Nelson's piece in the Digital Journal, the transcript was from Judge Alessandro Nencini's ruling, which analyzed the evidence, court testimony and other legal arguments that prompted him to hand down a guilty verdict.

One of the damning evidence in the Amanda Knox murder case, she said, was that the broken glass fragments were on top of things, like the clothes, computer and other objects, which suggested that Amanda Knox and Rafaelle Sollecito, with perhaps the collusion of Rudy Guede, staged a break-in to confuse authorities.

"The Nencini report places considerable weight on the circumstantial evidence, in particular the phone and computer records that prove Knox was, at the very least, untruthful," she said. "Despite Knox and Sollecito stating they slept through the night and didn't wake until 10 am, this is not the case."

Nelson continued: "As Judge Nencini says, the evidence has to be considered wholly. There is no smoking gun in this complex case; rather, there is a lengthy trail of untruths, unanswered questions and incriminatory evidence that, once put together, makes it difficult to come to a plausible explanation that doesn't involve the guilt of all three defendants: Rudy Guede, Raffaele Sollecito, and Amanda Knox. The truth may, finally, be coming to light."

Meanwhile, the Examiner noted that in the wake of the Amanda Knox murder case, her family has depended heavily on a PR firm that her father hired.

"The facts are indisputable that Gogerty-Marriott represents Knox and Gogerty-Marriott has prevented mainstream media sources from interviewing their client unless they could promise positive coverage," it said. "A question asked by many who want justice for Meredith Kercher is why does an innocent woman need such an aggressive public relations strategy to prove her innocence?"
