Psy's Speaks Up Fired Lifeguards and Asks Mayor to Make the Right Decision

A video was recently uploaded onto Youtube called "Lifeguard Style" that parodied Psy's "Gangnam Style."

14 lifeguards in El Monte were fired for posting a video of them dancing in the pool wearing their uniforms and posting it online.

After hearing about this, about 14,000 people signed a petition for the mayor to give the lifeguards their jobs back. Psy also talked about this issue during an MTV interview.

The news reported that the mayor will discuss this matter before making a decision.
