Special Announcement Made at Gangnam Station in Seoul Due to Psy's 'Gangnam Style'!?

Psy's 'Gangnam Style' was used in 2 train at Gangnam Station for the small event.

On Thursday, the 2 train in Seoul that stopped at Gangnam Station announced saying "You are stopping at the worldy known station, Gangnam." The passengers on the train twitted and communicated this news through SNS.

The train staff said that the announcement is not officially set, so the train operator must have had a good sense of humor. Gangnam area was analyzed by Canadian press Toronto Star with three pages of news paper, and BBC Radio 1 'News Beat' stated that 'Gangnam is a place like Beverly Hills.'

Psy is asked to be an advertisement of Gangnam Gu. The staff said that "since the song 'Gangnam Style' is globally known, we asked Psy to be an advertisement and gave a appreciation award."
