New To K-Pop: November Debuts You Need To See Right Now

November was a very exciting month for new K-Pop releases. Over the past several weeks, fans were treated to several major releases from new artists including an actress-turned singer, a teenage duo, a popular boy band member striking out on his own, a formal girl group idol forging her own path, and a long-awaited new group that kicked things off with a scandal.

Here are five of the most impressive K-Pop debuts from November 2014.

Clara - "Fear" feat. Yasu
The endorsement model-actress initially trained to be an idol. On November 7, Clara finally made her official music debut with the digital single "Fear."

HI SUHYUN - "I'm Different" feat. Bobby
YG Entertainment's two teenage queen bees, Lee Hi and Akdong Musician member Lee Suhyun combined forces (and talent) to form a new project group, HI SUHYUN. The duo dropped their debut single on November 11.

Kyuhyun - "At Gwanghwamun"
Super Junior member Cho Kyuhyun is the latest SM Entertainment idol to go solo. He did so with his debut EP on November 13 and shot to the top of the charts.

Lovelyz - "Good Night Like Yesterday"
Despite member Seo Jisoo finding herself mixed up in a scandal prior to their debut, Woollim Entertainment's long-awaited new girl group soon became a fan-favorite. Lovelyz pre-released "Good Night Like Yesterday" on November 10, and followed with their debut album Girls Invasion and its title track "Candy Jelly Love" on November 17.

Nicole - "MAMA"
Former KARA member Nicole Jung is back and better than ever with her debut solo album First Romance. This gal definitely has talent!
