Psy's 'Gangnam Style' Beats Carly Rae Jepsen's 'Call Me Maybe' for Youtube's Biggest Hit Song!

Psy's "Gangnam Style" has beat Carly Rae Jepson's "Call me Maybe" for 2012 best hit song.

He beat Carly Rae Jepson's song with over 268 million views on Youtube.

His video ranked number 22 for most viewed video, beating Jesse J and Justin Bieber. This has happened only 73 days after his release.

"Call Me Maybe" has been a hit in the U.S. and Canada, but Psy's song has expanded around the globe.

"Gangnam Style" and "Call me Maybe" mashup remix that was created by student Michael Simmon's has also gained a lot of attention online with over 60,000 plays and 49,000 likes on Facebook.

Psy is currently at around 280 million views on Youtube and is at number 11 on the U.S. Billboard SIngle Chart 'HOT 100'.

Psy has become a world star after the release of his music video, "Gangnam Style" on July 15. Since then the video has gone viral and has become the most talked about artist worldwide.

He has recently signed a contract with Justin Bieber's agency and hopes to have his first U.S. single out before the holidays this year.

He has appeared on various news and TV shows such as CNN, ABC, "The Ellen Show", "SNL" and others.

He will be attending the MTV EMA's this November as well.
