Azealia Banks News: The 'Chasing Time' Singer Takes Aim At Iggy Azalea Calling Her 'Igloo Australia' In The Wake Of The 'Booty' Singer's Silence On Ferguson And Eric

Outspoken American rapper, Azealia Banks slammed fellow rapper Iggy Azalea in a Twitter rant that over black issues in America at the moment.

On December 3, Wednesday, Azealia wrote, "its funny to see people Like Igloo Australia silent when these things happen... Black Culture is cool, but black issues sure aren't huh?"

"If you're down to ride with us b-ch you gotta RIDE ALL THE WAY," Azealia added. "Don't just be down to ride Black D-k..... If you with us you WITH US!!!!"

Apparently Azealia's attack is over Iggy's silence on Ferguson and Eric.

Racial tensions in America are extremely high in the wake of Darren Wilson, another policeman was earlier found to not be at fault in the shooting death of 18-year-old black man Michael Brown in Ferguson. Iggy has been involved in numerous high profiles feuds lately (Snoop Dogg publicly dissed her last month) and now she is yet again the target of social media abuse.

This time, it is the extremely talented Azealia Banks who launched a trade on Wednesday night following a New York jury's decision to not indict Daniel Pantaleo over Garner's death after he applied a choke-hold on Garner in July. Bank's run of emotional tweets about black empowerment and the effects of slavery finally found a surprise target in Azalea, who she called "Igloo Australia".

This nickname might be harder to shake off as its already trending on Twitter. Majority of the criticism Azalea has encountered this year was concerning her authenticity in a genre that for decades was - with a few exceptions such as the Beastie Boys - the preserve of black artists only.

During her rant, Banks became abusive posting one tweet that said, "Nicki is a hard-working rap-BEAST. stop trying to degrade and BELITTLE Our culture with this f---ing kkk iggy shit."
