KARA's beauty ranking 1st place was chosen as Park Gyuri, who is also being called as a 'goddess'. Plastic surgeons said, "Park Gyuri has golden proportions with clear-cut features. She has the most ideal looks from her eyes, nose, and lips. Many patients come to us asking for a face like Park Gyuri."

2nd place was Han Seungyeon, who has a cute and innocent face. But the popular idol Goo Hara was chosen as 4th place. Professionals said, "Goo Hara has good proportions and is pretty. But maybe that is why she seems to lack natural beauty," pointing out that she seems so perfect that it does not seem natural.
