Will EXO Be Able To Learn From The Career Hardships TVXQ Faced After 3 Members Left SM Entertainment?

Group TVXQ has hit their 11th year since debut and have hit the top as an idol group.

They have performed on many large scale stages and have received the spotlight as well.

TVXQ and EXO have many similarities and there are many things that EXO can learn from TVXQ.

On December 6-7, TVXQ held their TVXQ! Special Live Tour-T1ST0RY- and met with 24,000 fans. The group revealed their 10 years of history at this concert.

On December 7, it was also the group’s 4,000 day since debut and was a meaningful day for the two as they had gone through many different events to reach this day.

They have gone through the good and the bad and the fact that they were able to push through and continue have made them even stronger.

In 2009, members Yoochuun, Junsu and Jaejoong filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment and later left TVXQ, making it a group of 2.

After a 1 year hiatus, TVXQ came back in 2010 with their performance at the SMTOWN Lie World Tour in Seoul.

Even with just 2 members, the group’s popularity soared and their albums were a bit hit in both Korea and Japan.

TVXQ was also the first foreign artist to perform at Japan’s 5 domes and the Nissan Stadium.

TVXQ commented, “With all the great support from fans, we were able to break our own record. We may have been lucky, but our genuine desire and thanks was what connected between our fans. We hope to continue to release more music and break our own records. We want to leave our name in this industry in the future.”

TVXQ also stated that they first enjoyed concerts because they liked to dance and sing. Now they cannot come on stage with a light heart. We may have gone through some hardships, but it is important to do our best on stage as we may be someones hope or dream. We continue to prepare and concentrate on our concerts and strive to be artists that show many different sides.

TVXQ’s statements are something that group EXO can learn from for their upcoming comeback. TVXQ has shown them that even with fewer members, you can still succeed.

EXO debuted in 2012 and became one of the hottest groups in 2013. In 2014, 2 members left the group. In 2015, they will comeback as a 10 member group. Although they have lost several members, they will work harder to comeback stronger.

TVXQ has come this far with the efforts of Changmin and Yunho. They have been performing on stage for 5 years and have shown their powerful talent.

EXO will be coming back with 10 members. Keeping in mind TVXQ’s words, we hope that EXO will be able to hit the spotlight once again next year.
