Former EXO member Kris (Wu Yi Fan) will have to schedule his third court mediation next year.

Kris, who filed for a contract nullification with SM Entertainment on May 15th due to unfair income distribution amongst the members, has been scheduling court mediations to reach an agreement before proceeding with a standard civil lawsuit.

According to Korean media reports, there was no agreement reached by the two parties during the private court mediation that was held on December 5th.

The lawyers representing both sides attended the mediation, though Kris and SM Entertainment Chief Executive Officer Kim Young Min were not present. The mediation was held at the Seoul Central District Court. Kris's first court mediation was held on July 8th.

The former EXO member is currently doing some individual projects in China.  Most recently, he wrapped up filming for the upcoming Chinese movie 'Somewhere Only We Know.'
