The video of singer Psy's performance at a college festival was posted on Billboard's home page. 

On Friday morning, Billboard posted an article titled, "Will 'Gangnam Style' be able to take #1 on Hot 100?"

Billboard said, "Currently Maroon 5's 'One More Night' is at an advantage but one can definitely expect that 'Gangnam Style' will be getting even more exposure through TV and YouTube and perhaps even rise in the ranks once more." With this article, it posted a video of Psy performing at a college in Suwon on Thursday. 

in the video, there were Korean college students who were able to recite the song, word for word, creating a mass chanting effect and showing their passion and love for the world star.

Billboared, "If 'Gangnam Style' takes #1, many fan will able to see Psy singing and performing topless in front of millions of viewers."

Psy's 'Gangnam Style' music video has recorded 300 million views on YouTube to date.
