HARDWARE & OS. Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor that clocks in at 1.4Ghz and has an inbuilt storage of 16GB, expandable to 64GB. The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is powered with the more advanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor that clocks in at 2.5 GHz and is powered with 2GB of RAM. The device has a built-in storage that starts at 16GB and can be expanded up to 128 GB.

BATTERY LIFE. Battery life for Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini is powered with a 2100 mAh battery, which can have up to 10 hours in talk time. The Sony Xperia Z3 Compact is powered with a 2600 mAh battery and can have up to 12 hours in talk time.
