For the stars who make their living off of the audience, their name and their face are their most prized possessions. However, there have been cases where the public is confused by people who have the same name as some big celebrities.
On August 14, Haha announced that he would be getting married to singer Byul and internet users were saying that Ahn Hye Kyung, his previous girlfriend, congratulated him. However, it was someone else who had the same name and was just commenting on the article. For a little while, she became a very understanding ex-girlfriend.

There was the incident of a Kim Tae Hee, who also was the talk of the town with her marriage news in August simply because of having the same name as the famous actress Kim Tae Hee. Many internet users were confused about the marriage news for the famous actress but then they said that they were tricked.
SS501 member Kim Hyun Joong experienced a similar situation when an actor named Kim Hyun Joong married a music actress named Shin Hyo Sun. Even this piece of news became #1 on the search term rankings.
Up to this point, these are all events that seem funny. Both sides can simply laugh it off, but in other cases, it may actually hurt the stars.
