Big Bang Singer Taeyang, WINNER Honored During YG Entertainment's Big Night In Beijing At 2014 Young Choice Awards

YG Entertertainment CEO Yang Hyun Suk has yet another reason to celebrate.

Two acts on his K-pop powerhouse record label's roster, Big Bang member Taeyang and newly-debuted boy band WINNER, both brought home trophies from the 2014 Young Choice Awards in Beijing on Wednesday.

Taeyang was awarded the Superstar Award and WINNER won the award for most popular Korean group.

One of the highlights of the evening, the Big Bang vocalist’s award was presented by Youku Tudou’s founder Victer Koo.

Taeyang was also given the honor of performing the final performance at the ceremony, performing several his most recent hit songs including “Body,” and “Eyes, Nose, Lips.” 

WINNER performed the second to last with their songs, “Go Up”, “Empty” and “Smile Again”

Many of the fans were seen singing along to both Taeyang and WINNER’s performances as well.

‘Tudou Young Choice 2014’ is an award ceremony created by China’s top video streaming website Youku Tudou. The award ceremony will be aired on Chinese television on Dec. 30.
