2NE1 have been included with the nominees for MTV Iggy's Song of the Year. 

“Gotta Be You,” from their album “Crush” is included in a fourteen song list. The winner will be determined through online votes. 2NE1 are the only K-pop artists on the pop-laden list which is a look at the best songs of 2014.

While the "Gotta Be You" is nominated for Song of the Year, their song "I am the Best" has been re-released through the American label Capitol Records. "I am the Best" has been the focus of major attention in the United States, after being featured in a recent Microsoft commercial. Meanwhile, CL is preparing to debut in America.

2NE1 will go up against strong international pop contenders for MTV Iggy's Song of the Year. Sia's hit “Chandelier” also landed on the list along with the Charli XCX track “Boom Clap.”

Their nomination for Song of the Year follows news that 2NE1 will be performing as a trio at the upcoming SBS Gayo Daejun.

2NE1 previously received attention from MTV Iggy. Here is another chance for fans of the group to show their love before the end of the year.

Voting for Song of the Year will end on Thursday, December 18 at 11 AM EST.
