Psy's Next Big Thing 'What Could Possibly Outdo Gangnam Style?'

K-Pop singer Psy spoke out about the pressure of creating something that will surpass the success of "Gangnam Style."

Yesterday (September 2), Psy revealed his thoughts regarding the process of choosing the song that will follow after the global hit "Gangnam Style" at the "CY. X Let's Play with Psy Concert." The "CY. X Let's Play with Psy Concert" was held at the Jamsil Olympic Gymnasium in Seoul.

Psy admitted, "This November, I have to release a new single in the United States. I'm writing a song right not but I'm feeling a lot of pressure."

He continued to express all the pressure he is under by stating, "I'm actually under a lot of pressure. How can anything outdo 'Gangnam Style'? And how will anything outdo the horse riding dance? Also, how can I make a music video like that again?"

Psy also said, "On October 4, the day the Billboard Chart is to be released, I will perform at the Town Hall Square regardless of the results."

People in the online community who heard Psy's concern responded with comments like, "I can understand where he is coming from since 'Gangnam Style' was such a huge hit," "Psy will succeed whatever he does," and "I wish he wasn't under so much pressure."
