With Psy's concert on October 4 in front of Seoul town hall, public transportation has decided to run until 2 AM for the audience.

Town hall has decided to run public transportation for a longer period of time on October 4 so that the audience may still find a way to return home.

They have also decided that from 6PM to midnight on this day, they will make sure to maintain order and control traffic in the Seoul area near town hall.

Seoul town hall commented to OSEN, "We are predicting about 4,000-5,000 people to show up. We are going to work hard so that the public is safe by controlling the streets and traffic."

The mayor of Seoul wrote on his twitter, "Psy is going to perform a concert regardless of whether or not he makes it to the top on the Billboard. The city of Seoul will be supporting him all the way."

Psy has recently become a global sensation with his song, "Gangnam Style." He has ranked number 1 on iTunes in 30 countries and has ranked number 2 on the U.S. Billboard Main Single Chart 'HOT 100'.

He has appeared on many shows such as the "Ellen Show" and "SNL" and featured on news programs such as NBC and CNN.

His music video has been the most viewed on Youtube as well with over 350 million views.

He has also recently signed a contract with Justin Bieber's agency and plans to release his first U.S. single sometime in November.
