The romance between Kim Hee Sun and Lee Min Ho seems to be tied by fate.

On the Tuesday episode of "Great Doctor," Eun Soo recovers the last page of her diary from Duk Heung and is shocked by the contents.

The last page seems to be a letter, titled "To Eun Soo." There were many cryptic sentences. After drinking, she reveals to Jang Bin (Philip Lee) that she believes the person mentioned in the letter may be referring to Choi Young (Lee Min Ho). 

However, when Eun Soo falls asleep and begins to dream, she dreams of the events between Ki Chul and Choi Young, who had gone to find Ki Chul with the expectation that he would die, and she sees herself as she risked her own life to save his. All the events that she read about began to come to life before her eyes. The letter says, "That day, what was waiting for him was a trap. So you must stop him." Then we see Choi Young escorting officials who are apparently on their way to give the royal seal to the King. 

So far, Eun Soo was not able to understand or even realize her attraction to him but as both she and the viewers realized that what she was feeling was fate, rather than coincidence, the romance became much more intense.

Viewers are curious as to whether Eun Soo will be able to stop him, as the exact moment when Choi Young will fall into his trap approaches.
