'Jane The Virgin' Spoilers: Michael Not Totally Out Of Jane's Life Though She's Dating Rafael? Baby Out By End Of Season 1

Michael might not totally be out of Jane's life even if she's already hooking up with Rafael, according to "Jane the Virgin" spoilers teased by showrunner Jennie Synder Urman, as the baby will be out by the end of season 1.

According to the show's creator, Jane's decision to break up with Michael was a reflection of what she's feeling at that time, when her world was in flux because of the pregnancy.

"She got accidentally artificially inseminated, and when I have to go back in my mind to remember why things are so drastic, this is a girl whose life was going one way, and now she's pregnant, and things couldn't be more opposite," she told The Hollywood Reporter. "That shakes you up, and that makes you do drastic things."

But she said that Michael has also been thrown for a loop with the news, so his reaction was also understandable. And there might come a time when he realizes the priorities in his life.

Urman further revealed "Jane the Virgin" spoilers as she said that the back-half of the season will see the fears of the protagonist emerge, like when the 20-week ultrasound will come out and fans will find out if the baby is normal or not.

"We start to get into Jane's fear of what her life is going to be like as a mother and how do you become a mother - especially when she hasn't given up her dreams because a lot of what Jane is, is dreaming and what she's going after," she said.

According to the "Jane the Virgin" spoilers, the baby will come out by episode 22. "I do want the baby delivered at the end of 22 because there's a big moment there that would launch the second season. A lot of people ask, "What happens when she has the baby? How does the show continue?" -- which to me is kind of crazy because it's sort of saying that once you have a baby you're not an interesting woman anymore," the showrunner said.
