Singer Rain has been chosen to be China’s model for Loreal group’s well known cosmetic brand, Yves Saint Laurent.

Rain, known for his charming lips, will be the model for Yves Saint Laurent’s best seller, YSL Dangerous Rouge.

Rain’s strong image as a hallyu entertainer is well known in China through his promotions in acting and singing.

His popularity around Asia as a worldwide star also contributed to him being chosen for China’s model.

Rain has also held successful concerts in China as well as movies and dramas and is also gaining more fans in the states and Europe as well.

A Yves Saint Laurent official commented, “We felt that Rain’s strong yet gentle image was the perfect match for our new YSL Dangerous Rouge concept of passion, love and desire. We also felt that his global popularity through his music and acting was another plus for our brand as well.”

On the other hand, Rain is currently filming for the Chinese movie, “Diamond Lover.”
