Talks Of Bon Jovi And Richie Sambora Reunion Tour Still On Going; Will The Reunion Ever Really Happen?

Ever since 2013, when Richie Sambora left the band to work on his own music, Bon Jovi and the guitarist parted ways and were never seen touring together since. It was believed that a rift between the two caused a commotion within the band that left Richie no other choice but to quit Bon Jovi.

Come 2014, Sambora and Jovi are now facing talks of a reunion and to do a tour together. It was seen for quite a while that the two finally talked to each other after the ALS Ice Bucket Challenges went out were Bon Jovi challenged all of his band mates including Richie Sambora.

Sambora, meanwhile, talked about the reason why he left the band and the decision he made to leave was caused by a rift between him and the front man.

"The Bon Jovi machine had to go on. I could choose - join or leave. That's hard when you share joys and sorrows for 30 years."

"There's no bad blood with me any more. I love Jon, and I still see the possibility of a return," Sambora told Life magazine. "There are just a few steps I want to - need to - take."

The guitarist claimed that he wanted to grow in his own way musically and take a needed break after decades of touring with the band.

"I wanted to make my own music and I preferred doing a few shows with my own band. I said I wanted a break," Sambora says.

"It's hurt me that more and more untrue things have come out in the media. I just wanted calmer waters, and just do something for myself," he says. "We had just finished with another tour... (and) I saw a year of other priorities for me."

Speculations meanwhile arise that the two would be back working together after a secret communication has been happening. Fans are waiting for it to happen when the band returns from a short break after the holidays.
