"Great Doctor" Lee Min Ho surprised Kim Hee Sun with a kiss in front of everyone.

On the Sunday episode of "Great Doctor," Choi Young (Lee Min Ho) kissed Yoo Eun Soo (Kim Hee Sun) in front of Duk Heung (Park Yoon Jae). 

Yoo Eun Soo was trying to sneak out her notebook from Duk Heung and when she fails she says, "Let's stop here. You're not going to marry me anyway," and asks that he annul the marriage. He then says, "If we annul the marriage, it will be because of your affairs with the captain. You will both become lowly citizens and be robbed of your status."

Duk Heung adds, "There are only 50 soldiers who guard the King and I have approximately 2,000 men under me. Choi Young puts the King before you. Is that okay?" and even takes Kim Gong Min as a stake in this choice. 

As a result, Duk Heung even pushes for a quicker marriage and Yoo Eun Soo heads to the marriage, fearing that King Gong Min and his men will be ambushed if she does not show up. As they make their final stretch towards the venue, Choi Young appears in front of them. 

Choi Young walks toward her and Eun Soo tells him that the King may be ambushed. He says, "That's why there's no time. I have no other choice," and kisses Eun Soo, putting everyone who was watching in shock.
