The MacBook Air with Retina display is reported to hit shelves next year as its release date is being talked about by Apple to be the best release yet in terms of laptops.

International Business Times reported of a rumored smaller laptop as rumors suggest that there would be a small step down from a 13-inch screen to a 12-inch screen after the 2013 to 2014 versions of the MacBook Air had very little improvements alongside MacBook Pro's huge upgrade with Retina versions.

This time, the MacBook Air is expected to have a huge step forward with features packed to take over the computer market.

A "game changing" line of Macs and iPads are also expected to be released next year including the new MacBook Air with Retina display and possibly an iPad Mini 3 or an iPad Air 3.

Latino Post, meanwhile, claimed that a brand new track pad design is expected that would add more features and gestures to give users the feeling of an out of this world experience while using the laptop. New arrangement of sensors and actuator feedback are expected to give users a different feel and full control.

It was also rumored that a fan less design is expected on the 2015 version, after getting minor complaints about a sometimes noisy fan spinning on the top left part of the keyboard. These rumors spun out after Apple reportedly got a delivery of the Intel's Broadwell Core M Chips.

Though the the first generation may not be far from different from the current generation of MacBooks, the upcoming release may not see any difference but would have a bigger battery to even stretch the power life of the Macbook air.
