The Who Added Tour Dates For 2015; Adds Joan Jett And The Blackhearts To Support Shows, Promises ‘Night Full Of Entertainment’

The Who is back and is ready to hit the road after they announced as series of shows that starts April of 2015 until November Next Year.

The Who tour 2015 would feature Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame Nominee Joan Jett in each show where she would play alongside the Blackhearts.

It will pretty much be a throwback of the classic hits as the band will go on tour to promote their 50th year in the business.

The band is thrilled to tour alongside Joan Jett & The Blackhearts as they expressed their excitement to go on the road with her.

"Having Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, a great American rock band, support us on our North American dates will ensure concertgoers a full night of entertainment," Roger Daltrey said in a report by Rolling Stones. "I love her."

"We've been very close friends with Joan Jett for a long time," Pete Townshend added. "She is the real deal. This will be a great night of rock & roll for everyone."

Joan Jett, on the other hand, expressed her equal anticipation about The Who Tour 2015 next year and promises to give the best show for all the watchers.

"After the Runaways ended, the Who and Bill Curbishley stepped up, and let me use their studio, Ramport," Jett said in a statement. "That gave me the freedom to start my label, Blackheart Records. I've modeled my career and my company after their amazing organization. I'm so happy to be part of their 50th anniversary tour. No one personifies Rock & Roll Royalty more than the Who."
