Looking for possible "Mission Impossible 5" spoilers is not an easy task.

However, director Christopher McQuarrie had gave in to the fans desire by posting a teaser on his official Twitter account. A Christmas gift for the franchise's fans?

McQuarrie's tweet was a picture of a "Mission Impossible 5" cast wearing the ever-famous realistic mask with a caption "guess who."

And while fans can't stop speculating as to who might be the man behind the mask is, Cinema Blend suggests that he's not the typical actor who usually wears the mask in the franchise.

So who might it be?

The entertainment publication claims that the man behind the mask is not Tom Cruise's Ethan Hunt, instead its actually Simon Pegg's Benji Dunn.

The publication noted that a scene from "Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol" featured Benji Dunn was about to wear the disguise when the machine making it unfortunately breaks down, thus he was not able to do as he supposed to.

Further details about the highly-anticipated sequel of the spy franchise are scarce, the only information we could get is that the film will definitely feature more death defying scenes like Tom Cruise hanging on a moving aircraft which you can watch below:

Joining Cruise and Pegg are returning cast members Jeremy Renner as William Brandt, Ving Rhames as Luther Stickell and newcomer Rebecca Ferguson reportedly as Ethan Hunt's love interest.

Drew Pearce of "Iron Man 3" is writing the script.

"Mission Impossible 5" is scheduled for release on December 25, 2015.
