MBC's Gayo Daejejeon's production team revealed their lineup for their upcoming show on December 31. 

Gayo Daejejeon on December 31 is expected to be grand-scale and will feature a total of 41 teams and about 170 artists.

Amongst the confirmed artists are TVXQ, Lovelyz, Red Velvet, Mamamoo, BTS, Boyfriend, Block B, Sun Mi, Girls' Generation, SoYou & JunggiGo, CNBLUE, Ailee, Infinite, Im Chang-jung, Taemin, Tae Jin-ah, T-ARA, Planet Shiver, Huh Gak & Jung Eun-ji, Hyungdon & Daejune, Hong Jin-young, Hyorin & Joo Young, 2PM, 4Minute, AOA, A Pink, B1A4, Beast, BTOB, Crush, Dynamic Duo, Fly to the Sky, Girl's Day, GOT7, KARA, S.M. The Ballad Taeyeon & Jong Hyun, Secret, SISTAR, Teen Top, VIXX, and ZION.T. There will be many collaborations that are highly anticipated by music fans.

On this year's Gayo Daejejeon, there will be wide age range of artists. The youngest artist will be Lovelyz' Yein, who was born in 1998, and the oldest artist will be Tae Jin-ah, who was born in 1953. Therefore, the show could be enjoyed by all generations.

According to Gayo Daejejeon's production team, 2014's new hit songs will be performed, but old music will also be featured, and Korea's top idols will perform 7080 gayo (music from the 70's and 80's). A wide range of genres, including dance, ballad, hip-hop, fusion, rock, and trot will be covered, so all generations with different tastes in music will be able to enjoy the show.  

Kim Sung-joo, Jun Hyun-moo, Lee Yoo-ri, SISTAR's SoYou, and Girl's Day's Hyeri will host the show.

The stages will be broadcasted live at the MBC Sangam Shinsaok and the MBC Dream Center in Ilsan simultaneously.
